For the Paloma
Rub the lime wedge on the rim of your glass and then dip it into kosher salt.
Pour the tequila, grapefruit wedges (peeled), lime slices, and chili slices into a cup. Use a muddler to combine all the ingredients a infuse the tequila.
Add the fever tree grapefruit over and add some ice.
Garnish the drink with the rosemary skewer. Cheers!
