Products that will Help Your Hair and Skin Glow
Winter is over and I am over my dry skin. I have increased my water intake. I am also eating more veggies.
A healthy lifestyle definitely helps achieve beautiful skin, hair, and nails. However, we are not perfect all the time, so it’s nice to have a little help.
I have replaced my whole beauty routine with clean products that help my hair and skin glow. Below are some of my favorite products that will help your hair and skin glow.
ONE | COLLAGEN Inner Beauty Boost. One of the best things I have added to my beauty routine is Collagen. It is tasteless so you can add it to coffee, food, or smoothies. You will feel the benefits inside and out.
TWO | Renewed Hope in a Jar Peeling Face Mask. I love this peeling mask. I bought it to reduce fine lines. You can literally see the dead skin peel off. But it’s not harsh at all. This is a great way to give yourself a quick facial.
THREE | The Ritual of Karma Body Scrub. I am a sucker for body scrubs. Homemade or store-bought.
FOUR | Jade De-Puffing Face Roller. Face massage? Sign me up! The Jade is always cool. It helps with lymphatic drainage and minimizes puffiness.
FIVE | KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA. This scrub is a bit stronger than the one listed above because it has Glycolic and Lactic acids. It removes dead skin and also stubborn bumps. Don’t use it if you are going to be in the sun.
SIX | FAB Ultra Repair Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30. Now that it is pool weather, I stopped using foundation. Now I am only using this CC cream. It saves me time in the morning.
SEVEN | Caudalie Vinoperfect Anti Dark Spot Serum. If the goal is to wear less makeup, it’s helpful to start with an even and clean canvas. This Serum is very light and does the job.
EIGHT | YTTP Superberry Hydrate + glow dream mask. I love this brand, and this product is my favorite. You apply it at night. It feels silky, and you wake up glowing.
NINE | FAB Ultra Repair® Cream Intense Hydration. If you need to heal your skin, start with this intense cream.
TEN | Hello FAB Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer. I apply this under the cc cream. You can feel the hydration all day.
ELEVEN | Mini Nudies 3-Piece Kit. I switched my powder bronzer for this set, and I am so happy. These guys are multitaskers. You can use them as bronzer, contour, eye shadow, blush, and lips.
TWELVE | ShineOn Milky Lip Jelly Gloss. To continue with the natural look, I have put all my lipstick away, and now I only use gloss to moisturize my lips.
THIRTEEN | Watermelon Glow AHA pink Dream Body Cream. There is no shimmer residue in this lotion. I love that it is light and gives my skin a beautiful, healthy glow.
FOURTEEN | Supergoop! Mineral Powder SPF 35. Set the moisturizer and CC cream with this light setting Mineral powder. I got the medium color to add a bit more coverage.
FIFTEEN | Living proof No Fizz Vanishing Oil. I used to use the Living Proof Perfect day styling cream. For some reason, I decided to give this vanishing oil a try, and now I am hooked. A little drop of this oil makes the hair shiny and smooth. Add a drop on your way out to run an errand, and you will look put together.
As you can see from the picture above, whenever possible, I like to buy small samples first before I invest in the large bottles. I never know if I am going to like a product, and I find that beauty products last long since you only use a small amount at a time.
