Agua de Jamaica - Iced Hibiscus Tea

Use dried hibiscus leaves to make this sweet and fruity iced drink.

- 4 Cups Hibiscus flowers
- 8 Cups water to boil.
- 10 Cups cold water
- 2 Cups simple syrup
- Ice
Add hibiscus flowers and 8 cups of water to a large pot. Bring to a boil.
Once it boils, let the hibiscus flowers rest for 30 minutes.
Toss the hibiscus flowers away and pour the tea into a large pitcher.
Add 10 cups of cold water to the tea and simple syrup to taste. My recipe is not super sweet, so add more simple syrup if you prefer.
Finally, add ice and enjoy!
