It’s April Fools’ Day and although I am not big on pranks, I thought this toddler bingo game would be a fun activity for some parents.

Yesterday, I was being bombarded with questions by my toddlers. They were throwing out questions way faster than I could answer. I don’t think they were super interested in my answers as much as they were competing for my attention. ? Anyways, they were going super fast, that I thought, “If all these questions were in a bingo game, I would win!” This idea turned my hectic moment into a funny one. So here it is, let me share with you my toddler bingo game.

The rules are simple

  1. Print your toddler bingo cards. Use cardstock if you can.
  2. Pick a parent card.
  3. Cross out a space any time your toddler asks or does anything listed on the card. Keep the card near you or in your pocket.
  4. There is no “free space.” Remember, you are caring for a toddler, and therefore you have forfeited all your “free-space.”
  5. The first parent to fill the spaces wins 5 – 30 minutes of alone time.
  6. If you wish, you can help your toddler fill out the “toddler card.” If the toddler fills out the card before the parent, then the toddler gets to pick an activity for the family.
