How to make Flower Headbands with tissue paper

Paper flower headbands are inexpensive to make and add a lot of color to your party. Let your guests feel festive with these colorful headpieces.

Make tissue paper flowers. Each headband will use at least five flowers. After making the paper flowers, cut the length of the green stem down to 2 inches. How to make paper flower headbands. Place it close to the headband and wrap the pipe cleaner (stem) around to secure it. Make sure the wire part of the pipe cleaner ends up on the top of the headband to prevent poking. Optional steps

Attaching the flowers with a hot glue gun is optional. This tutorial does not include that step because tissue paper flowers are very delicate. Once the flowers are damaged, remove and replace the flowers or use the headband as is. Using silk flowers is another option, but this could get expensive if you are planning to make several headbands. I am really happy with the way these flower headbands came out.
