When life gives you grapefruits and Lemons, make Margaritas! Fun fact; This post is inspired by National Margarita Day and National Grapefruit Month, both of which get celebrated in February. I learned these fun facts around the same time my friends and family harvested homegrown lemons and grapefruits to share with us. Having all this citrus around naturally points to making Margaritas. By February I have had my share of lemon pastries and need vitamin c to stay healthy. ? This recipe yields two Margaritas. They are delicious, but strong so I figured a pitcher would be irresponsible, LOL. Adjust the measurements to your needs. Also, use quality Tequila and fresh fruit. The goal is to enjoy the drink. Ok? Let’s begin;
