Not So Sweet Strawberries and Cream Mudslide.
All the ingredients in this cocktail might make you think that this drink is too sweet, but I promise you it's not. The strawberry ice cream gives this cocktail just a touch of sweetness to counter the alcohol. You might even forget you are drinking a cocktail, so be careful.
Ingredients
- 2 Shots strawberries & cream Baileys
- 1 Shot Vodka
- 1 Scoop strawberry ice cream
- 1 Cup ice
- Fresh strawberry (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and mix. Use the crushed iced or milkshake option, if available.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry and enjoy!

If you like this recipe and like to share, then make a batch of cocktail pouches and freeze them for when your friends come over. Last year, for our fourth of July party, I served classic mudslides on freezer-friendly pouches, and they were a hit! The kids got cold popsicles, and the grownups received a different type of frozen treat.Strawberry Mudslide
This is my twist on the classic mudslide recipe. Still sweet and refreshing, but with a need tone.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup strawberries & cream Baileys
- 1/4 Cup vodka
- 3-5 Scoops strawberry ice cream
- 2 Cups ice
- Drink pouches
Instructions
- Place Baileys, vodka, ice cream* and ice in the blender. *Add only 3 scoops of ice cream, add the extra scoops if you want a sweeter taste.
- Use a colander to fill each drink pouch with one cup of the cocktail. Zip tight and freeze.
