ONE | KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I have had my mixer for over a decade. This machine is a workhorse and is a must if you are into baking. If possible, get the one with the bigger bowl.

TWO | Instant Pot. Don’t be intimidated by the word pressure cooker. This is a game-changer for any kitchen. It will save you time cooking. Plus, It does the job of other gadgets in the kitchen, so you can save space by only having this one.

THREE | DALSTRONG Chef Knife. Every kitchen must-have proper and sharp knives. Don’t let Mike catch you with a dull knife; he will take it to our house and sharpen it, LOL. This brand is great. Find the size that suits you best.

FOUR | Breville Joule Sous Vide. This is such a cool gadget. You can tenderize meat or defrost food in a pinch without ruining it.

FIVE | Breville Nespresso Coffee Espresso Machine. I finally decided to invest in this machine when I realized how much I was spending on Starbucks. Yikes. I love this machine because it is small and doesn’t take a lot of counter space.

SIX | Blendtec Blender. Whatever blender you decide on, make sure it’s strong! You don’t need to be chewing on your smoothie.

SEVEN | Cuisinart Food Processor. Another multitasker. We use it to chop and shred. You can also use it to make pesto, salsas, dough, and even dessert. Check out these yummy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and Cinnamon Date Balls.

EIGHT | Lodge Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron. We use cast iron because it’s very versatile and durable.

TEN | Staub Cast Iron. We use this for making pasta, soup, and even for baking.

ELEVEN | Peugeot Pepper Mill. This is such a pretty pepper mill. You can adjust the grind to fill a small reservoir or add it directly on top of the food.

TWELVE | Philips Pasta and Noodle Maker. You will never buy dried pasta again! This machine makes you very spoiled because you can have fresh homemade pasta in minutes (even gluten-free pasta!). Get the smaller machine if you are limited in space.
