DIY Football Party Snack Cones

Skip the paper plates and communal snack bowls for your football party, instead use snack cones to serve your yummy snacks.
As I have mentioned before, I like my party decorations to be beautiful and practical. These snack cones fit right into the theme of the party and give the appetizer table an added level.
Plus, they are super easy to make. Change the paper theme and use this idea for any party.
Make it
First, Print your favorite football design on simple letter size paper. Then, fold into a cone. Make sure all the cones are about the same size and that the gap at the bottom is small, otherwise all the crumbs will fall right thru. Finally, secure with tape, starting at the bottom. Fold the loose tab of paper on top, so you can see more of the goodies. Now you don’t have to buy or wash plates or bowls, you are welcome. 😉
Snack Time
Now that you have made the cones use a cone display to serve your snacks. I use a simple silver stand that is easy to fold and store, but you can also make it fancier with this type of stand. Some snacks are greasy so put a paper towel inside or line the inside with parchment paper to catch any grease. If the cones are tilting too much, fold the cone’s tip and use tape to hold the fold in place.
