This Thanksgiving keep the little kids entertained with this fun Thanksgiving charades game. A while back, I made a Star Wars memory game. The little boxes that I used to keep the game cards are very sturdy and are the perfect vessel for a small party favor or craft. This year I am using the same round boxes to add a little fun to our Thanksgiving table. My daughter is four years old and is starting to learn how to read. We love to play board games, but she often gets frustrated when she can’t understand the rules or read game cards. With that in mind, I decided to put together this quick Thanksgiving charades game to play on Thursday and I used pictures on all the cards, so she’ll know the word, even if she can’t read it. If you decide not to use the keepsake box, make sure you use a thick cardstock to print the charade pictures. If you use regular printing paper, the other players will see thru the paper and see the picture on the card. Also, the little boxes are great to decorate the kid’s Thanksgiving table. Put little treats in there or a message for your little one.
